1. Doublewall surface oil sealed heating roller
Thismachine adopts double wall surface roller, in which fill in theorganic heat conducting fluid. This system is with the charactersof nontoxic, insipid and incombustibility. It can effectivelyshorted the heating time (from room temperature to 100 only need 20min.) and keep temperature constancy.
2. Japanimport Hypalon Pressure Roller (optional)
Pressureroller adopts the Japan imported Hypalon material, on rollersurface with some special coating. At the high temperature won’tstick on ink or paper, which is especially suitable fordouble-printed product. Even the film stick on the roller, it canbe easily separated by hand, or cleaning cloth.
3. Largeair cylinder up to 25mpa
Thismachine adopts pneumatic air cylinder to offer the pressing rollerlarger pressure. Pressure on contact surface can reach 25Mpa, whichcan meet requirement of all kinds lamination work.
Thismachine has the function of automatic pressure decreasing: In 30second after machine stops, the pressing roller and heating rollerwill automatically separate, which prevent the damage of rubberroller caused by high temperature.
